Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GML, TSHB, and OR56A4. Each is linked with SPP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPP1-to-partner and partner-to-SPP1 results are reported.
