SPOP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPOP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPOP-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLRA4, OTUD6A, and KRTAP17-1. Each is linked with SPOP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPOP-to-partner and partner-to-SPOP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GLRA4 grouped by SPOP-low versus SPOP-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPOP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPOP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
