SPON1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPON1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,719 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPON1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TIMP2, TLN2, and TLN2_T1843. Each is linked with SPON1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPON1-to-partner and partner-to-SPON1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPON1 versus TIMP2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPON1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPON1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
