SPOCK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPOCK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,765 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPOCK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P3H1, CRTAP, and GSN. Each is linked with SPOCK1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPOCK1-to-partner and partner-to-SPOCK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPOCK1 versus P3H1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPOCK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPOCK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
