SPOCK1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPOCK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,214 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPOCK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AJAP1, FAM155A, and TIMP3. Each is linked with SPOCK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPOCK1-to-partner and partner-to-SPOCK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPOCK1 versus AJAP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPOCK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPOCK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
