Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPOCK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,417 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPOCK1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of plasminogen activation, Regulation of cell-substrate adhesion, and Collagen fibril organization. Each is linked with SPOCK1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPOCK1-to-partner and partner-to-SPOCK1 results are reported.
