SPNS3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPNS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,592 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPNS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPNS2, MAB21L4, and CATSPER1. Each is linked with SPNS3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPNS3-to-partner and partner-to-SPNS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPNS3 versus SPNS2 in KIDNEY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPNS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPNS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
