The most reproducible SPNS3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of CD8-positive, alpha-beta T cell activation, Regulation of lymphocyte migration, and Positive regulation of sodium ion transmembrane transport. Each is linked with SPNS3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPNS3-to-partner and partner-to-SPNS3 results are reported.
