SPNS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPNS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,298 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPNS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ABLIM1, NCCRP1, and CNRIP1. Each is linked with SPNS2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPNS2-to-partner and partner-to-SPNS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPNS2 versus ABLIM1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPNS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPNS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
