Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SPINT4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SPINT4 data layer compared with 11 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher SPINT4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SPINT4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BLCA are the cancer types where SPINT4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
