SPINT4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPINT4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPINT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-73P, MTND2P22, and MARK2P5. Each is linked with SPINT4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPINT4-to-partner and partner-to-SPINT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-73P grouped by SPINT4-low versus SPINT4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPINT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPINT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
