Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPINT4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPINT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAP1A, UGGT2, and ZFR2. Each is linked with SPINT4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPINT4-to-partner and partner-to-SPINT4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAP1A grouped by SPINT4-low versus SPINT4-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPINT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPINT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
