SPINK6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPINK6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,695 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPINK6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDIA4, PKP1, and PKP1_S121. Each is linked with SPINK6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPINK6-to-partner and partner-to-SPINK6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPINK6 versus PDIA4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPINK6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPINK6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
