The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher SPINK2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SPINK2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC and PRAD are the cancer types where SPINK2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
