Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPINK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 950 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPINK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSNK2A1, SEC23B, and CHMP4B. Each is linked with SPINK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPINK2-to-partner and partner-to-SPINK2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPINK2 versus CSNK2A1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPINK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPINK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
