SPINK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPINK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPINK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNF19BPY, RNA5SP500, and P3R3URF-PIK3R3. Each is linked with SPINK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPINK2-to-partner and partner-to-SPINK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNF19BPY grouped by SPINK2-low versus SPINK2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPINK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPINK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
