The most reproducible SPINK2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis, Aerobic electron transport chain, and Respiratory electron transport chain. Each is linked with SPINK2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPINK2-to-partner and partner-to-SPINK2 results are reported.
