Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPINK14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,799 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPINK14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum exit site, Mitochondrial electron transport, NADH to ubiquinone, and Digestive system process. Each is linked with SPINK14 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPINK14-to-partner and partner-to-SPINK14 results are reported.
