SPINK13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPINK13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,804 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPINK13-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAN2C1, MTRF1LP1, and PDZD8. Each is linked with SPINK13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPINK13-to-partner and partner-to-SPINK13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPINK13→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPINK13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
