Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SPINDOC Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SPINDOC data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher SPINDOC Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SPINDOC expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
ACC, UCEC, and STAD are the cancer types where SPINDOC Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
