SPINDOC

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPINDOC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,606 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPINDOC-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTK, CDCA3, and CENPA. Each is linked with SPINDOC in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPINDOC-to-partner and partner-to-SPINDOC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPINDOC versus TTK in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPINDOC→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPINDOC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
