SPINDOC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPINDOC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,290 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPINDOC-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3929, SEPTIN14P17, and RNA5SP192. Each is linked with SPINDOC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPINDOC-to-partner and partner-to-SPINDOC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3929 grouped by SPINDOC-low versus SPINDOC-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPINDOC→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPINDOC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
