SPINDOC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPINDOC RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,235 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPINDOC-associated genes across cancer lineages are STIP1, CDCA5, and INCENP. Each is linked with SPINDOC in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPINDOC-to-partner and partner-to-SPINDOC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPINDOC versus STIP1 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPINDOC→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPINDOC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
