SPIN2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPIN2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,977 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPIN2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP1B, RCN3, and DYSF. Each is linked with SPIN2A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPIN2A-to-partner and partner-to-SPIN2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPIN2A versus MAP1B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPIN2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPIN2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
