SPIN2A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPIN2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 115 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPIN2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RRN3P2, CPD, and DHRS7B. Each is linked with SPIN2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPIN2A-to-partner and partner-to-SPIN2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPIN2A versus RRN3P2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPIN2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPIN2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
