SPIN2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPIN2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 110 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPIN2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RDM1P1, RNA5SP411, and RNU6-1108P. Each is linked with SPIN2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPIN2A-to-partner and partner-to-SPIN2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RDM1P1 grouped by SPIN2A-low versus SPIN2A-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPIN2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPIN2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
