SPIN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPIN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,881 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPIN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RABL6, P4HB, and MORC2. Each is linked with SPIN1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPIN1-to-partner and partner-to-SPIN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPIN1 versus RABL6 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
