SPIDR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPIDR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,978 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPIDR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TCEA1, SAR1B, and SRSF10. Each is linked with SPIDR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPIDR-to-partner and partner-to-SPIDR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPIDR versus TCEA1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPIDR→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPIDR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
