Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPIDR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,571 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPIDR-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINE1, TMEM92-AS1, and RAD54B. Each is linked with SPIDR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPIDR-to-partner and partner-to-SPIDR results are reported.
