Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPIDR mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPIDR-associated genes across cancer lineages are NF2, p38-MAPK, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with SPIDR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPIDR-to-partner and partner-to-SPIDR results are reported.
