Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPIDR mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,086 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPIDR-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX15, SLX4, and DOT1L. Each is linked with SPIDR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPIDR-to-partner and partner-to-SPIDR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEX15 grouped by SPIDR-low versus SPIDR-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPIDR→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPIDR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
