SPIC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPIC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,542 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPIC-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPAP1P7, LINC01194, and LSM11. Each is linked with SPIC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPIC-to-partner and partner-to-SPIC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPAP1P7 grouped by SPIC-low versus SPIC-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPIC→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPIC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
