SPIC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPIC RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 347 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPIC-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of interferon-beta production, Regulation of nucleocytoplasmic transport, and Golgi vesicle budding. Each is linked with SPIC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPIC-to-partner and partner-to-SPIC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of interferon-beta production grouped by SPIC-low versus SPIC-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPIC→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPIC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
