Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPI1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 93 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL31P3, OR4K12P, and H4C7. Each is linked with SPI1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPI1-to-partner and partner-to-SPI1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL31P3 grouped by SPI1-low versus SPI1-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
