SPHKAP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPHKAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,342 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPHKAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMA3, ATP5F1B, and CACYBP. Each is linked with SPHKAP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPHKAP-to-partner and partner-to-SPHKAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMA3 grouped by SPHKAP-low versus SPHKAP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPHKAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPHKAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
