Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPHK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,455 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPHK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGXB4, INTS2, and DDX55. Each is linked with SPHK2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPHK2-to-partner and partner-to-SPHK2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPHK2 versus HMGXB4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPHK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPHK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
