SPG7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPG7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 9,897 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPG7-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, MUC16, and TTN. Each is linked with SPG7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPG7-to-partner and partner-to-SPG7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPG7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPG7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
