SPG11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPG11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,964 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPG11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RTF1, SRP9, and UBR1. Each is linked with SPG11 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPG11-to-partner and partner-to-SPG11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPG11 versus RTF1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPG11→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPG11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
