Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPG11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,345 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPG11-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGSF6, ACP5, and FCGR2A. Each is linked with SPG11 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPG11-to-partner and partner-to-SPG11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPG11 versus IGSF6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPG11→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPG11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
