SPG11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPG11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,143 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPG11-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2AZ1, WDR76, and TNNC2. Each is linked with SPG11 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPG11-to-partner and partner-to-SPG11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H2AZ1 grouped by SPG11-low versus SPG11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPG11→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPG11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
