Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPEN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,377 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPEN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR5, WRNIP1, and SPEN_S727. Each is linked with SPEN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPEN-to-partner and partner-to-SPEN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPEN versus WDR5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPEN→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPEN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
