Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPEN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,396 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPEN-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRMT5, CSTF2, and CCNC. Each is linked with SPEN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPEN-to-partner and partner-to-SPEN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRMT5 grouped by SPEN-low versus SPEN-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPEN→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPEN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
