SPEN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPEN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 91 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPEN-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, Di-Ras3, and eEF2. Each is linked with SPEN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPEN-to-partner and partner-to-SPEN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E2 grouped by SPEN-low versus SPEN-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPEN→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPEN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
