SPEN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPEN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,031 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPEN-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNL2, GPD1L, and PSMD9. Each is linked with SPEN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPEN-to-partner and partner-to-SPEN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GNL2 grouped by SPEN-low versus SPEN-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPEN→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPEN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
