SPEG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPEG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,725 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPEG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPEG_S419, SPEG_S476, and DAPK3. Each is linked with SPEG in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPEG-to-partner and partner-to-SPEG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPEG versus SPEG_S419 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPEG→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPEG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
