Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPEG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,181 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPEG-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDC20, CCNB2, and FANCD2. Each is linked with SPEG in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPEG-to-partner and partner-to-SPEG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDC20 grouped by SPEG-low versus SPEG-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPEG→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPEG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
