Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPEG RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,902 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPEG-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC136, COL6A2, and NLGN2. Each is linked with SPEG in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPEG-to-partner and partner-to-SPEG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPEG versus CCDC136 in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPEG→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPEG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
