Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPEG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,372 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPEG-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLB1, RGPD6, and SLCO1C1. Each is linked with SPEG in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPEG-to-partner and partner-to-SPEG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PLB1 grouped by SPEG-low versus SPEG-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPEG→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPEG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
