Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPECC1L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,083 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPECC1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are NTM, TIMP3, and CNRIP1. Each is linked with SPECC1L in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPECC1L-to-partner and partner-to-SPECC1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPECC1L versus NTM in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPECC1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPECC1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
