Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPECC1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,999 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPECC1L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of chromosome condensation, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cellular anatomical structure, and Symbiont-mediated disruption of host anatomical structure. Each is linked with SPECC1L in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPECC1L-to-partner and partner-to-SPECC1L results are reported.
